I saw in the reply that the company had 5-7 business days to send me my refund. As of today its been 53 days and I still haven't received my refund. I have to mark no because if I mark yes you will close the complaint against the company. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We apologize for this experience and are updating our processes and contact information to provide a better customer service experience. In addition to this response, a member of our team has contacted the customer directly by phone to discuss the refund and to ensure that we address any additional concerns. The customer will be issued a check and should receive it within 5-7 business days. After further review, we agree to the customer 's appraisal fee refund request.
